Magwells for Glock

Glock's lower frame geometry accepts magwells across the range, and for Production shooters the magwell is one of the permitted modifications that directly affects reload performance. On the G17 and G34 in particular — the standard full-size competition configurations — a magwell changes the lower frame opening to give an incoming magazine a wider, more forgiving target. The reload becomes more consistent under the pressure of a stage, and less dependent on perfect magazine entry geometry at a moment when attention is split.

Some magwells on some Glock models require replacing the factory grips; others do not. The specific combination is confirmed on the product page. A compatible base pad is always required.
